Product description

The lead accuracy of precision ball screws (CO grade~C5 grade) is based on the JIS standard and is defined by four characteristics (E, e, e300, e2π). The definition and allowable values of each characteristic are shown in Fig. 1.3.1 and Tables 1.3.1~1.3.3. For the cumulative lead error of general ball screws C7 and C10, only the tolerance value of the maximum width of 300mm within the range of the effective thread length and e300 in Table 1.3.3 are specified, which are 0.05mm and 0.21mm respectively.

Ball screw mounting accuracy
(1) Measure the circumferential deflection value of the radius direction of the screw support part in relation to the axis A of the threaded groove surface.
(2) Measure the coaxiality of the mounting part relative to the axis F of the screw support part.
(3) Relative to the screw shaft support part of the axis E, determination of the support part of the end face of the right angle.
(4) Relative to the screw axis G, determine the straightness of the reference surface of the nut or the mounting surface of the flange.
(5) Measure the coaxiality of the circumference of the outer edge of the nut (cylindrical type) with respect to the screw axis A.
(6) Measure the parallelism of the outer edge of the nut (flush mounting surface) with respect to the screw axis C.
(7) Total deflection in the radial direction of the screw axis.
The accuracy items described herein are based on JISB 1191 and 1192.

1. 2. If you need to remove the nut and re-install it, you must use a tube with an outside diameter smaller than the bottom diameter of the screw, please turn the nut into the conversion tube to make sure that the ball will not fall out.
3. When using ball screws, it is necessary to pay attention to adequate lubrication, if the lubrication is not sufficient, it will contact with the metal, resulting in increased friction and wear, resulting in malfunction or shortened life.
4. The lubricant used for ball screws can be divided into two types: lubricant and grease. Generally in maintenance, grease can increase the dynamic friction torque linearly with the increase of rotary speed, more than 3-5m/min, it is better to use oil lubrication. However, do not forget that the use of grease has also appeared to reach 10m, minutes of instances; as far as equipment is concerned, there are also applicable to the lower cost of grease. Generally speaking, in order to give full play to the function of the ball screw, a lubricant of about 5 m/min is the most appropriate choice.
